        Objectives:To determine if bactrim is an appropriate antibiotic for use in the treatment of bacterial infections. We conducted a retrospective chart review of patients treated with oral bactrim for a period of 3 months. We also identified patients who received a single dose of the antibiotic for a period of 3 months. We also examined clinical characteristics of patients and the use of bactrim in the treatment of bacterial infections.
